Official Social Media Accounts
• Responsible for overall management of brand official social accounts (Kakao/Naver, etc.), develop monthly social content calendar, take care of on-going content planning and execution, monitor and report monthly social performance.
• Building new social media site from Zero to 100 according to global digital roadmap with full scope set-up, preparation & launch plan.
• Develop social proposal and execution plan based on core campaign objective, develop related social content with 3rd party digital or production agencies.
• Lead social media retainer agency to proactively study and improve the overall performance, drive more traffic to brand social media pages, and encourage potential customers & prospects to follow & spread brand social networks.
• Take full charge of brand owned social media community management, coordinate with Call Center agencies to in-time review and respond to followers’ feedback provided via social media channels.
Brand Owned Digital Marketing
• To manage Brand’s official site content, coordinate with HQ for regular update & upgrade.
• To lead brand owned digital marketing tools development and implementation.
• To ensure brand’s image consistency in all digital deliverables.
Global Digitalization Support
• To support the maison’s global digitalization process by providing necessary regular digital reports, insights, best practice, etc., and share/activate good local digital tools which might be able to be used globally with adaptation.

Relevant Experience and Training

• Degree holder
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or online media agency
• Experience in managing digital campaigns for e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
