[Business Management]
• To develop a retail strategy and introduce implement plan in order to drive sales growth and profitability
• Develop retail account plan to achieve revenue, KPI, profitability, inventory and brand equity targets
• To build and maintain close partnership with department stores and cooperate with MD, VM and Store Managers

[Retail Management/Operations]
• To seek for retail operational excellence including store improvement and customer service
• To manage day-to-day operation of stores

[People Management]
• To communicate vision and goal clearly to retail team in order to achieve targeted KPIs
• To motivate, oversee and evaluate employee performance & potential and ensuring adequate staffing

• Over 15 years of relevant retail experience
• Experiences of Retail Manager/Brand Manager in import brands
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
