 Ensure appropriateness of import and export transactions in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, correct tariff classification
 Meet the target lead-time from shipment arrival to stores and 3PL
 Guide stores about stock transfer and manage the stock location
 Manage that all required import/export declaration permission or other documentation is secured as required
 Ensure the correct payment of duty, bonded warehouse expense, transportation cost, and other applicable charges in a timely manner
 Proactive communication with 3rd party service providers including customs brokers, bonded warehouse, transportation vendors to develop the service level
 Provide a clear visibility of in & outbound shipment status to stakeholders in a timely manner
 Ensure the compliance for imported items and manage the test if needed and share the risk to stakeholders
 Data analysis & reporting (Shipment trend, duty rate monitoring, compliance violation etc.)
 Continuous improvement of internal processes
 Be flexible to support any urgent request or event
 Manage the requirements by KC mark or other regulation
 Work closely with 3PL Warehouse about in & outbound shipment
 Support warehouse bin management

 Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent
 Minimum 8 years' experience within FMCG or Retail with large number of SKUs with textile and

leather goods is preferred
 Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
 Dynamic, proactive and able to work in fast-paced and multicultural environment
 Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
 Strong numerical sense, excellent MS Excel skills and knowledge in Macro
 SID/Cegid/Power BI experience is preferred
 Hands-on experience in urgent shipment management with various items require safety approval
 Able to work on multi-tasks
 Fluency in English
