1. E-Retail/Concession Management
• Manage E-retail/Concession sales target and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Set sales targets, track progress, and provide regular performance reports
• Plan and execute channel-specific promotions and create relevant content for sales
• Accurately forecast orders and products and collaborate with relevant teams to develop clear activation plans.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
• Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth
2. Budget Management:
• Manage the eCommerce department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
• Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
3. Relationship & Team Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external E-Retail/Concession partners / vendors and internal stakeholders –Marketing, Communication, Logistics, Consumer experience, IT, Offline counters, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted campaigns and promotions to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to promote teamwork and individual growth.
경력 및 자격요건
• Over 6years of online marketing/sales experience in FMCG (cosmetics preferred)
• Strong understanding of E-Retail/Concession management and sales strategies
• Sales result driven and proactive attitude, passion for the brand & cosmetics industry
• Effective and professional communication skills in Korean and English
• Excellent communication skills with internal/external stakeholders
