- Develop a digital marketing strategy with the goal to drive traffic and increase brand awareness and generate leads through relevant digital channels. (Naver, Kakao, Instagram etc.)
- Campaign planning and management, ensuring that the campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and meet high standards for creative & operational excellence (search, display, social, influencer, media buying etc.)
- Lead to analyze campaign performance data using data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Microsoft Excel etc.); the data side — Ability to develop, analyze and deliver analytics & metrics reports, including selected KPIs
- Prioritize strategic business action with daily/weekly/monthly plans to meet sales target
- Work with cross-functional teams with relevant work
- Lead and manage launching products, execution of event/promotion, and development GWP in collaboration with the manager and team member
- Manage action in terms of an omnichannel strategy
- Paid digital media operation for various platforms. (Naver Search Ads, Google Search Ads etc.)
- Manage & Plan promotion/Events/Gifting
- Media & Online Channel communication management

- Support overall digital marketing budget management
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum 7 years of related with overall function of Ecommerce performance & Digital marketing is required.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to use design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) would be preferred.
