Retail Strategy
-Assist the manager to develop, plan and implement strategies focused on the company’s objectives and individual market opportunities
-Maintain strong relationship with department store buyers & sales teams
-Participate in the formulation of the store operations procedures and the development of the retail networking strategy
-Report to the manager to identify market trends and factors contributing to or detracting from sales and propose actions
-Work closely with marketing team to develop effective CRM programs, set goals relating to customers
Management and Store Operations
-Assist the manager to analyze and control the monthly performance of stores
-Review the merchandise needs of all retail stores and effect the transfers/replenishments to maximize sales potentials consistently
-Participate in process of store planning and layout; support new store opening from an operational aspect ensuring guidelines are set and adhered to
경력 및 자격요건
Experience Required
-At least 6 years relevant experience in luxury retail with 3 years in similar role
-Highly competent user of MS Office
-Proven tract record in Retail Operations Management managing multiple stores
-Have had experience working within the luxury retail sector
