1) Talent Acquisition
• Make the recruitment schedule based on business expansion plan for both office and retail. Conduct the cost-effective recruitment and ensure the most suitable talents recruited to support the business development in the markets.
• Manage the whole recruitment process:-1/identifying the recruitment channels; 2/ resume screening; 3/ arrangement of interviews; 4/ conducting interviews & reference checks; 5/ negotiations of compensation package and 6/ on board arrangements
• Guide employees in their on-boarding process from offer letter through their probation period and subsequent confirmation of employment and follow up the integration in the company.
• Implement partnerships with educational, university and commercial institutions in relation with the luxury industry to constitute a nursery of future candidates.
• Ensure the HR process integrate with the local legal requirements and practice.
2) Talent Development
• Work with Head of HR on managing OMR process and key talents engagement and development, incl. succession planning, key talents development (IDP), and learning programs.
• Propose the annual training plan and training budget.
• Conduct New Employee Orientation Program for the new joiners
• Coordinate on Group/Region/Local training programs
3) Compensation & Benefits
• Work with HR Team for manpower planning and HR budget accordingly to brands’ business strategic plan.
• Manage annual performance review process and annual salary review exercise.
4) Employee Engagement
• Represent LVMH Watch and Jewelry brands values and engages the employees in promoting the excellence.
• Develop internal communication channels and to keep brands informed on critical issues, policies, and procedures.
• Enhance employee engagement through various team building events and activities.
• Advise Managers and staffs on any HR matters
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree holder
• Strong experience in the HR professional field with good record and capability of influencing managers, building good commercial relationships, and driving an HR strategy.
• Minimum 7 years’ related HR experience
• MNC exposure with retail experience preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Pragmatic and result oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills
• Mature, stable, and presentable
• Good business sense and strategic thinking and high integrity
• Excellent leadership, sales & luxury skills with proven track record
• Excellent interpersonal skills
