- Analyze all data pertinent to create the baseline statistical forecast to ensure the correct model is used: historical sales, seasonality, market trends, product life cycle, NPI cannibalization.
- Proactively collaborates with Sales, and Marketing to ensure development and timely delivery of consensus forecast (basic & novelties) by understanding the business strategy and working together on the commercial plan.
- Assure the consistency of the sales forecast, in volume and in value, ensuring it is in line with business plan via rational decision making based on inputs from key stakeholders
- Improve forecast accuracy by analyzing forecast gaps, recommending and implementing appropriate action plan
- Lead monthly forecast meetings (for both: basics & novelties) with executives & BGM
- Drive for a high standard of customer service and supply chain planning metrics performance
- Continuous improvement to manage the supply risk and lead with cross function like region planning team, commercial team to identify the action plan for mitigating the supply gap and fulfilment of business needs
- Use Demand Planning tool & participate in development, modification and improvement of procedures, policies, processes within the organization (local, regional & global)
- Coordinate the forecast & monitor the consumption for POSM items; coordinate corrective actions for items under deviation
- Actively involved in budget plan construction (Budget, R1,R2) at franchise/line level
- Involve in catalogue rationalization
- Report all the P&L impact related to forecast (destruction & depreciation)
경력 및 자격요건
- University graduate, supply chain / logistic related is highly preferred
- 7+ years of experience, preferably in MNC environment.
- Marketing or Supply Chain knowledge
- Interest in Cosmetics Business
- Knowledge and experience on 1) forecasting / planning processes and 2) End to End supply planning & processes
- Knowledge and experience in MS Dynamics AX, Office, and other Forecast / Planning relevant software.
- Having Business mindset and rational decision making to support the sales acceleration in Korea.
- Results driven attitude, solid execution and able to follow-through even on complicated topics.
- High sensitivity to deal with complexity, accuracy in managing figures.
- Leadership experience, capable to delegate, inspire and communicate effectively.
- Articulate, decisive, and influential
