1. Supply Chain Management
• Implement & update the group replenishment strategy and define local stock replenishment strategy by category, and find the improvement area
• Communication with region / Paris to solve any logistic issues, through the discussion with related departments, IT and logistic team
• Define the selection of Permanent Stock items (PSI) with Retail Merchandisers and define min/max level for the automatic replenishment from Paris to Korea stores, twice a year
• Define min/max quantities of products to be replenished from local distributor center to stores, every quarter
• Define the improvement area for stock efficiency
• Update min/max for seasonal items according to new season launching twice a year
2. Inventory Management
• Conduct stock allocation from the local distribution center to stores in a daily basis
• Calculate and follow monthly stock positions to guarantee the right level of inventory, avoiding lost sales or overstock situations
• Monitor stock aging and propose adequate actions
• Conduct monthly meetings with internal logistic team to find the current stock flow, challenge, and improvement area
• Participate in the annual stock-taking process
3. Merchandising operation
• Discounted sales management
• Responsible for stock return from stores to local distributor center based on phased-out
item list
• Generate monthly sales analysis report
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum 4- 5 years in the retail industry. Merchandising & Logistic experience is preferred.
Retail/sales experience is an advantage.
• Must be a good team player, detail-minded, service-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Capability to analyse and synthesize
• Reactive and Organized
• Fluent in English is a must. Ability to understand French is an advantage.
• Good at Microsoft Office program, advanced level in Excel.
