1. Propose the monthly & yearly Sales Target by analysing sales status and execute Sales Action plan to achieve the target
2. Achieve sale objectives by supporting Shop Managers’ sales activity, product supply, promotion, manpower by continuous visits to Shops
3. Provide information related to Sales environment & Product quality issues from Shop Manager to Headoffice
4. Guide sales management guideline to new Shop Manager and deliver the Head office direction to Shop Managers
5. Propose to reflect the counter action against competitors’ sales activity to Sales Management Plan
6. Ensure the excellent product supply thru continuous feedback to Product Team
7. Report the information related to Sales Environment, Market Situation and Achievement
- MD Status for Shops / Monthly Shop Productivity
- Provide Information for Shareholder Meeting & Yearly Sales Target planning to Operation Part
경력 및 자격요건
- 백화점의 골프 영업 경력자
-Over 3 years of relevant experience (Especially, Department store channel)
-Analysis & Intellegence Capability for sales results & market status
-In-depth understanding of field operations
-Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
-Good English skill is preferred
-Good Computer skill (MS Office)
