1. Performance Management & Promotion
• Develop and implement a performance management process in line with global guideline
• Manage accurate & Up-to-date data in performance management system (Talent Pass).
• Support line managers through coaching at all levels to ensure that all employees have the tools, skills and attitude to contribute to the achievement of the targets
• Coordinate and implement Staffing Strategy (organization change, transfer etc.) based on Performance Development Review (PDR) result.
• Manage the promotion policy and process aligned with performance management result.
2. Workforce Planning & Reporting
• Develop and execute workforce planning in line with business strategies and talent needs.
• Executing a quantitative and qualitative HR planning and reporting in conjunction with the HR Planning & Reporting team in HQ and Finance team.
• Monitoring and plan HR budget & HC in accordance with internal procedures, ensuring best value and quality
• Prepare Global/Local HR reporting (Monthly meeting, Management Committee etc.)
3.Employee Relation
• Providing advice and support employee in order to effectively manage issues of discipline and grievance in accordance with company values, policies and guidelines.
• Ensuring of coordination regarding personnel individual measures (e.g. employments, terminations, transfers, regroupings) and their realization
• Act as a liaison between Company Management Committee and Labor Management Committee (Neo Culture Team, NCT)
• Manage the exit process from exit date confirmation to exit interview etc.
4. Global & Local Project
• Planning and coordinating projects and campaigns at a local & global level, managing, and working on project teams and committees
• Supports any other HR initiatives led by the HR&GA Director or Global HR
• Manage the DE&I policy and various stakeholders/partnership
