 Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the stores’ activities such as DM, in-store event
 Support in planning and budgeting of various projects such as launch event, Pop up event and seasonal promotions
 Collect and evaluate marketing date and create reports following the guideline to analyze the events efficiency
 Assist to develop and propose local marketing strategies in align with global communication overview
 Liaise with the approved agencies and service providers to ensure quality, costs and effectiveness as well as the production of marketing materials / collateral with monitoring
 Assist in conducting market research and analyzing its trend and consumers requirements
 support to retain the current customer and extend VIC database in coordination with Retail & CRM department and develop new external database to expand the presence of the brand in the right target.
 Liaise with internal and external personnel such as Retail team, MD/VMD, agencies and Department Store personnel and seek opportunities for collaboration in order to support the sales.

 Support the implementing of the local media plan including print, ooh and digital media
 Provide the AD materials suited in size and format to the media to be executed in time
 Support analyzing the advertising results and propose the media plan in the strategic and effective way to increase the efficiency
 Handle the campaign images for lightbox and LED at departments to increase visual impact through the compromising with MD and store needs
 Monitor and prepare the proposals of the competitors’ activities to inform HQ to deliver an expanded knowledge of local market trend

• University degree
• Fluent in English
• Min 4 years of experience working with high end/luxury/premium brands
• Marketing CRM experience preferred
• Digital marketing experience preferred
• Global business experiences preferred
• Knowledge of market trend and ability to analyze data
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word as well as Power Point
