To manage brand E-commerce channels that include Retailer.com and to plan, align, and execute a marketing program by ensuring Brand prestigeness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
[E-commerce]
• Develop EC multi-channel marketing strategies (Retailer.com) with channel-fit and customized solution.
• Managing day-to-day operation on Retailer.com sites.
• Work with internal team, and EC retailers, and vendors to drive revenue in EC channels.
• Continuously drive sales and conversions to achieve eCommerce aspirations through SKUs assortment, bundling and promotions
• Understanding on how to connect online marketing initiatives to tangible business results.
• Oversee the tracking and analysis of marketing campaign to ensure Brand is constantly learning and improving their marketing tactics and spending
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices
• Follow up global and local e-business projects
[CRM support]
•Monthly CRM operation
- Extract customer data according to the CRM campaign
- Register CRM code & upload customer list for each campaign
• Brand CRM program planning & operation support
- competitor’s trend report
- manage CRM product (Production, item suggestion, stock management)
- CRM collateral production
경력 및 자격요건
Bachelor’s degree in the equivalent coursework
• More than 3 years of E-commerce experience or CRM or marketing experience.
• Interest in the beauty industry & career advantage
• Must have a good understanding of all aspects of selling online, on brand.com sites as well as third party sites as above.
• Enjoys online related work and actively engages in digital communication.
• Fluent Korean in speaking and writing / proper English skills for business communication in speaking and writing.
