- Execute the role with full regard of Huntsman’s EH&S, Product Stewardship & Compliance policies
- Develop sales plans that are consistent with each segment direction and objectives
- Develop new business growth plans and sales strategies to increase market share, generate additional sales revenues, and improve profitability
- Formulate and implement account management plans & strategies to achieve customer intimacy at key accounts to deliver customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets by working closely with Commercial Manager
경력 및 자격요건
• BSc. degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is preferred but not essential
• Around 5 years of relevant experience is preferable
- Knowledge of specially Semiconductor industry.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse and high-energy team.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively both internal (globally) and external.
- Ability to develop high level Customer & Distributor relationships
- Ability to identify and address critical issues which impact the sales strategy execution.
- Good English written and oral skills
