• Develop and implement annual communication plan based on product launching schedule, yearly theme, promotional events and local network updates like boutique opening or renovation
• Manage event planning and execution including pop-up, launching event, In-store event, and client event
• Develop all materials for the event to maximize the commercial impact and elevation of customer experience
• Provide marketing tools to drive traffic and customers with promotion initiatives
• Support Marketing budget planning and, review and analyze the actual spending progress
• Monitor the competitors’ and general luxury market’s activities
• Plan, implement and monitor Visual Merchandising for boutiques and events , and communicate with HQ with feedback for improvement and efficiency
• Collaborate with retail and CRM teams for CRM campaign plan, execution, analysis and reporting
경력 및 자격요건
7 to 10 years’ marketing & event experience
Understanding and interest in high-end luxury, culture, art; ability to interpret trends
Strong creative ability to develop innovative ideas in high-watchmaking sector
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work on more than one project at a time
Interface with different departments internally as well as externally
Proactive, committed & responsible
Excellent command of written and spoken English
