•Being a competent user of all internal systems to include the employee records in local and central systems to ensure accuracy at all times
• Being a change champion to lead any HR projects as a HRIS expert by collaboratively working with regional and central stakeholders to properly launch new systems, procedures and guidelines
• Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data in timely manner
• Processing leavers, new joiners and any employment changes to be reflected into the system for the payroll team to pull out accurate data and being a HR advisor to provide professional advice to people managers if any inquiries related to HR procedures
• Support HR priority projects with any administrative activities
• Following up HR processes accurately and continuously building improvement to elevate efficiencies
• Prepare regular employee reports to submit to related teams in line with the given timelines
• Response employee inquiries in an appropriate and positive manner and maintain clear communication with colleagues across the organizations
• Maintain and update HR data in global systems in line with internal payroll data as key user
• Vendor management including new vender account register and create purchase order request in the system.
• Ad-hoc support to HR team and all other duties as required.
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR operations, preferred in Retail industry
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office applications and database systems
• Analytical skill is required
• Good interpersonal skill and strong communication skill to engage with multi-stakeholders
• A professional in English and Korean in verbal and written
• A proactive, positive, prioritize tasks, detail-oriented person
• Agility to learn and adapt international environment
