E-STORE PERFORMANCE LEAD
• Understand market environment and find key business dynamics
• Develop business strategy for growth
• Drive digital KPIs while serve brand objective
• Optimize work process and address problems to bring solutions in e-fulfillment and customer service area
• Improve digital journey by analysing platform performance and developing website features
• Develop strong e-catalogue to maximize sales while maintaining healthy metier mix
• Optimize buying investment and promote stock efficiency
• Improve digital customer journey by analysing platform performance and traffic KPIs.
E-MERCHANDISING
• Develop metier development strategy to achieve both growth and client satisfaction
• Prepare and lead e-store buying session in Podium
• Control stock related KPIs and respond to stock issues
• Manage e-catalogue to fully present brand collection while maintaining stock & operation efficiency
• Build omnichannel offer in collaboration with retail merchandising
PRODUCT DISPLAY AND WEB CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
• Be in charge of website contribution activities to build best-in-class window following both commercial and communication (branding) priorities
• Lead daily publication planning and execution
• Define the best possible layout for the product grid allowing an easy and fluid navigation for the visitor
• Manage digital contents (image and text) of new products in collaboration with Group digital and
metiers teams
• Optimize the e-search results
• Create editorial content pages in collaboration with communication team
NETWORK
• Work closely with Group Digital Department and Metiers
• Take part in the global community with other markets through regular meetings
• Build partnership with local Retail Merchandising Team, Communication Team and store managers in order to serve the role of Brand.com and support the need of whole organization
경력 및 자격요건
8-13 years experience in MD position in the fashion or e-commerce industry : Experience with international
brand is preferred but not required
Product and retail merchandising skills:
• Mature analytical skills (dashboard, excel, e-commerce software skills)
• Luxury and fashion trends knowledge and interest
• Experience in retail merchandising for international brand is preferred but not required
Digital knowledge:
• Web service planning and development experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics)
• Understanding of funnel and conversion analysis, traffic KPI
• Omnichannel scenarios
Language
• Korea and Business English mandatory
• French optional
