1. Accounting
- Complete the financial statements with the supervision of a team
- Ensure all financial transactions are correctly processed and recorded in compliance with the group and
accounting standards
- Ensure all Inter-company transaction with APAC and Group
- Ensure the transaction of inventory balance and related accounts
2. Tax
- Prepare the local statutory account and the external audits
- Prepare BEPS and support TP documentation
- Ensure all the compulsory taxes (Corporate Income Tax, VAT..) are filed and paid correctly on time
with a support tax advisors
- Follow up tax matters and front line contact in a tax audit process and matters
3. Group Reporting
- Monthly/Quarterly Reporting to Management and HQ
- Inventory/Intercompany Reconciliation and reporting
- Tax Reporting
- Budget Reporting
4. Financial Analysis
- Expense analysis file management for each department (Actual vs. Budget)
- P/L & B/S in detail comparison
- Analyse deviations of actual from the budget
- Review historical data of marketing expenses
5. Project
- Manage global and local project as a key user
경력 및 자격요건
• Education/Degree:
- B.A. degree
• Background including total years of experience
- Previous experience from similar positions in multinational environment for more than 7 years
• Technical skills:
- Proficient OA skill
• Languages:
- Good command in English, both speaking and writing
• Soft and leadership skills:
- Great interpersonal and communication skill
- Management and personnel management experience
- Excellent leadership and people development, results-driven and with the ability to engage with all levels and functions within the business.
