[ Customer data analysis & management ]
- Develop and improve necessary report formats and analysis criteria
- Manage the customer profiles and transaction data and provide a regular analysis based on customer segmentation to be reflected on strategic planning and implementation for product managers : Campaign results, etc
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing actions and suggest strategic direction to marketing & other depts. upon requirement
- Responsible for customer reports and education of relevant parties(sales/counters) and provide guideline for follow-up
[ CRM Program Management & Operation ]
- Build a customer strategy based on the analysis of customer data and set up KPI & provide guidance, share insights
- Prepare an annual CRM plan in compliance with Central guideline and local requirements
- Develop and Implement Strategic Client communication Objectives, Execution Plans and CRM Programs within Brand guidelines and local requirements
- Supervise CRM program operation such as transactional gift/ stationery allocation, various direct mailing, Gift forecast, communication with counters, etc
- Manage and utilize the customer profile and transaction data in system to support marketing and sales strategy
- Monitor and analyze CRM KPI performance and suggest alternatives where necessary
- Monitor and analyze competitor’s loyalty program activities in terms of member qualification, number of members, promotions, reward program and other activities and utilize the analysis to make CRM program more competitive
- Establish a yearly budget by operational programs based on the profitability analysis and monitor expenses
- Recommend creative ideas to create & upgrade all rewards, benefits and special events for loyal customers
[ Targeted Customer-Touch with the Branded Content ]
- Plan and execute targeted customer-touch activities such as MMS and Kakao with the branded content in cooperation with other marketing members.
경력 및 자격요건
- University degree
- 3~7 years’ experience in CRM at beauty/consumer goods field.
- Keen analytical skills
- Managing skills in terms of leading the CRM projects across direct marketing, customer relations and the CRM team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Open-minded and proactive attitude
- Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent English communication skills
