-System user(TSR/MP) behaviour analysis and key insight findings for Next Best Actions
-Customer behaviour analysis and key insight findings for Next Best Offer
-E2E DM/PA sales process analysis based on system data in order to find sales bottleneck (channel BAU) and, therefore, reduce TAT
-Sales predictive modelling (Customer score model & sales probability model) to improve channel productivity and contribute to additional ANP/VONB
3. Data analytics project proposal & lead within channel
-Insurance market intelligence on the data modelling best practices
-Proactively suggest data analytics agenda for channel productivity enhancement and additional ANP/VONB generation
-Lead channel requested initiative or data analytics project
-Data visualization (tableau) for efficient communication with stakeholders
경력 및 자격요건
자격요건:
-Customer data mart creation and analysis experience (at least 5 years) is must
- Experience in the digital (Analytics Module) transformation strategy & execution at least 3 years in life or non-life insurance industry is preferred
-ML tools skill-set such as SQL, SAS, R, Rython is preferred
-Data visualization tool (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) experience is preferred
-Knowledge of sales business processes and good understanding of the basic insurance regulations
-Good fundamental understanding of the insurance industry
-Communication skills with relevant stakeholders
-Self-motivation and self-initiative upon the positive mindset, attitude working flexibility
