o Ownership of sales and gross margin planning for ooo Korea and KDF
o Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting relevant to the covered markets / brands to support management decision making / fulfil request from business partners
o Manage creation of bottom-up sales plans/forecast
o Support development of annual forecast and Long Range Plan
o ROI analysis for SG&A and capital investments
o Leverage financials systems (PBCS, CORA, SAP) to support the monthly close forecasting (SMI) processes, delivering all the necessary reporting while making sure the stories are clear to senior management
o Identify opportunities in current processes and leverage tools to improve
o Lead or be part of any special project as requested

• 5+ year experience in Finance or a related function, ideally in a multinational company
• Language skillset: Fluency in English & Korean
• Communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Familiarity with financial systems (PBCS, CORA, SAP) is a plus
• Mental flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in the business environment
• Confident risk assessment and decision-making
• MS Excel - Advanced
