• Branding, Marketing and PR event execution support
• Onsite execution, post-event wrap up support
• Printing and production coordination support
• Venue coordination, logistics/hospitality management support
• Vendors/agencies coordination support
• Media and influencer invitation and RSVP

Budgeting & Administration
• Monthly marketing budget consolidation and FCST update (big M tracker, non-media charts)
• Spend by activity, product category update
• Administrative support
• Budget management support

• University graduate
• Minimum 4-6 years of Marketing experience (with focus on press relations and events)
• Exceptional attention to detail and well organized
• Basic understanding of luxury/upscale global brands a strong advantage
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office
