1.KPI setup and its management
- Online Budget set up and P&L management.
- Sales analysis by each channel for KPI set up.
- Online sales and stock forecast for proper management of sales without OOS.
2. E-Business Management
- Develop online channel & sales strategies in line with brand’s objectives and sales target
- Monitor monthly promotion level and plan accordingly to meet the target of online sales.
- Manage local set, promotion, stock management with Marketing & Logistic team.
- Effectively communicate with e-retail buyers for the monthly promotion and online advertisement, internal stakeholders, and online agency
- Operate the New Channel and support major e-retail channel.
- Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
- Online sales related overall communication and management including logistics, CX, IT and sales team.
3. Digital Marketing
- Design customer’s journey through digital market in the most efficient way
- Manage and align contents to ensure the best digital customer experience, including e-merchandising and categorizing in the website as per strict brand guideline.
- Manage the brand’ official informative site, including new products updates, monthly page updates, and handle other website related issues
- Cooperate with marketing and communication team to lead digital campaign to e-commerce conversion.
경력 및 자격요건
- University degree
- At least 6 years of online marketing experience in the FMCG industry
- Sales result driven and proactive attitude, passion for the brand & cosmetics industry
- Effective and professional communication skills in Korean and English.
- Enjoys online related work and actively engages in digital communications
- Collaborative attitude and team player
- Keen on analytics and reporting
