ORDER MANAGEMENT PLANNING
• Optimize order management flow both in operational and technical (IT system) aspect
• Respect company guidelines in planning order management
• Actively implement global IT tools to accelerate proficiency
• Address customer pain points to properly redesign the order flow

E-FULFILLMENT MANAGEMENT
• Lead innovation projects for fulfilment process including issues of productivity, omnichannel support, staff managing and IT system
• Forecast growth to plan future capacity
• Define operation KPIs to daily track warehouse performance and provide regular feedback to WH
• Monitor lastmile service quality and develop strategy for the best-in-class delivery service in collaboration with 3PL service providers
• Lead packaging for sustainability project
• Play as a key contact point for fulfilment service providers

STOCK MANAGEMENT
• Assess stock managing status and make decision in areas to improve
• Assist Operation Specialist for stock transfer, stock taking and receiving inventory.

Required experience: 5-8 years of product supply planning, retail merchandising or e-commerce fulfilment operation experience in the field of fashion or e-commerce platform.
