Window Displays related activities:
• Change and set up the window displays seasonally based on the schemes of decors
• Implement the VM directives in line with the Maison's image standards and in relation to the business needs
• Input creators(artists/designers) about annual themes of the maison and products information
• Assist Exhibition, CSR and Window Display Manager regarding the communication between creators and Hermès International
• Monitor the product in stock and plan its assortments to convey the window displays concept best
• Closely communicate with creators of window displays and monitor the production in the process to attain the best quality to fit the maison’s products
• Schedule the installing dates satisfying both creators and stores
• Visit stores on a regular basis to ensure that the VM standards are maintained
• Arrange photoshoots with photographer and upload photo reports to Intranet
• Conduct research on current VM trends and market developments in order to enhance the aesthetics of displays.
• Assist Exhibition, CSR and Window Display Manager to research the feasible candidate artists/designers
Communication Events related activities:
• Actively participate and co-operate the implementation of special brand events initiated by communication team, including Press Presentations, Heritage Exhibitions and so on, indicated in the calendar.
Other Supports:
• Participate and support overall Window Displays activities and Communication Team events
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor’s degree preferably with an art/design/fashion/visual merchandising focus
• At least 3 years experience in relevant fields in the VM role in shops with complex assortments
• Strong sensitivity, aesthetic sense and transversality in relation to several product categories
• Willingness to travel and visit stores
• Flexibility to work according to schedules
• Good communication skills with creators and store employees
• Creative, innovative and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator and Adobe software
• Knowledge of the English language and fluent in Korean
