• Initiate the strategic planning and revamping CRM Relation programs considering the customer lifecycle, behavior, and journey
• Ensure the implementation and management the various client engagement activities (VIP treatment, Gift program, Clienteling tool)
• Ensure project coordination with Marketing, Retail, Communications and E-COM
• Digital CRM: support expansion of CRM to other business channels (Full Price and E-COM), and integration of a clienteling function to the application
• Support the Retail Teams to create a seasonal Digital CRM Campaign Calendar
• Ensure enrichment, growth, cleanliness, and integrity of CRM/ E-COM database with careful attention on local legislation and privacy policy
• New application Plan, prepare and coordinate application roll-out in collaboration with IT
• Implement CRM system solution updates, request enhancement to the central team based on the local business needs
• Design customer segmentation & customer journeys for Ralph Lauren customers’ growth/loyalty building & Enrich CRM programs considering Ralph Lauren marketing strategy (Membership and CRM Campaign Focused)
• Lead pilot tests & new CRM program incubation to prove hypothesis with firm CRM data evidence
• Analyze CRM activities & Improve dashboard for a better understanding of brand marketing & customer
• Achieve brand CRM KPI & Maximize CRM marketing investment with operation excellency
• Facilitate Offline Store’s CRM activity by communicating with Retail team
경력 및 자격요건
• 8+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing
• Language skills: Fluent in both Korean and English
• IT systems and data management experience
• Project management experience
• Retail Industry, preferably in Fashion & Apparel experience
• Other skills: Proficient with Excel, PPT, Word
• Professional Prioritization & Problem-solving skills in fast-paced brand CRM activities
