∙ Execute all interior changeover and installations for store, including new store opening and renovation
∙ In keeping the visual calendar, prepare for next installation or floor change
∙ Responsible for procuring/compiling creative and aesthetic elements for floor
∙ Execute daily walkthrough of location, identifying opportunities to improve overall visual and creative appearance of the store
∙ Schedule monthly/seasonal store visits
∙ Provide in store VMD guide each season, each new delivery and give VM hands-on training to store staff while working at stores
∙ Prepare props for each season by purchasing or reusing them based on brand standard and seasonal guideline

∙ Bachelors Degree (relevant Major is preferred)
∙ at least 4 years of visual merchandising and/or visual presentation/display/fine art/fashion styling experience
∙ Demonstrated ability to balance maintenance and installations on a rolling calendar
∙ Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working hours (i.e, after 9PM, and weekends)
∙ Project management/organization skills; proven ability to prioritize, work to punch list, and hit aggressive deadlines with minimal direction
∙ Passion and affinity for the Ralph Lauren brand
