- Oversee recruitment, on boarding, payroll and benefits
• Support line managers on headcount matters including resource planning and recruitment.
• Prepare contracts and/or offer letters as required, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and dealing with any associated queries.
• Process new hire paperwork and employment status changes and/or updates.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and induction.
• Maintain and update personnel files.
• Handle questions from employees regarding payroll; work collaboratively with Finance to ensure payroll are accurate and timely; and assist in resolving any payroll discrepancies.
• Manage benefits for the company; respond to inquiries from employees pertaining to benefits, leaves of absence, policies, etc.
- Delivery of company-wide projects / initiatives;
• Assist and support the roll-out of global and regional HR projects to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with global and regional HR to ensure global consistency and communicate local differences where necessary.

• Strong Team Leadership
• Ideally a degree in business / HR or relevant experience in a fast-paced coordination environment.
• 10+ years of relevant HR experiences.
• Good understanding of labor laws in Korea and their application.
• Exhibit integrity through fair and ethical behavior toward others and a demonstrated sense of corporate responsibility and commitment.
• Very good communications skills essential – the ability to converse confidently, build relationships at all levels and present a professional image to senior managers and employees alike.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Korean essential.
• Experience of dealing with ER related processes, such as performance management; absence; disciplinary etc.
