- Build the Business and Strategy
- Drive Innovation : Partner with Brand Marketing and Technology to create customer-centric, cutting edge Digital programs that acquire new customers, convert existing customers, and breed loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Lead Business Intelligence/Analytics : Lead strategic analysis of customer behavior to inform marketing, merchandising, customer experience, product development, operations, and strategic planning/roadmaps.
- Manage DTC Financials, Budgets and Day-to-Day Business
- Identify talent opportunities and attract proven performers; create an environment where team is supported, motivated and encouraged to bet big for the business.
경력 및 자격요건
- Experienced (8 + years) Direct-to-Consumer (Digital) innovator in a contemporary, cross-channel, brand-focused business is a must; foundation experience can be in either Marketing, Strategy, Business Development, Analytics or Technology.
- Experience in Beauty is welcome and a nice-to-have.
- Innovative, team-oriented business owner with proven success in driving flawless execution on strategic goals in a fast-paced, start-up environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Demonstrated capacity to create and lead the implementation of strategic, creative and fiscally sound product assortments that drive brand enhancement and profitability.
