• Conducts requirements sessions with business users and subject matter experts. Provides guidance in formulating new requirements and aims to improve business processes by coming up with creative and alternative approaches to solving business problems.
• Manages scope and user expectations by ensuring requirements can be met within existing project budgets and timeframes.
• Work closely with Global IT to monitor and manage the deployment and the projects in the Retails from an application point of view
• Co-ordinate and manage external vendors to ensure quality and timely implementation
• Assists in developing test cases and participates in the quality assurance process to ensure that requirements are properly implemented. Assist in producing user training documentation and works with the business to train users.
• Understand current and to-be systems flow, analyze impact of system changes triggered by the business or IT, review and provide comment for business process
• Update systems documentation and record use cases and functional requirements, and prepare presentations to address issues, risks or options
Monitor and track project and enhancement progress to ensure objectives are met by frequent communication with project team, management and all key stakeholders
Work regularly with regional Retail Operation and IT tech service team on own store development, including but not limited to the IT support of store new opening, remodel, relocation and closure & etc.

• Bachelor's degree prefers in Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 5 Years of experience in an IT Business/System Analyst or project management role. Preferably with regional exposure in sizable companies
• Experience in project management with ability to work with all levels, especially senior management. Experience in e-commerce, call center, retail applications, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is a plus.
• Experience with e-commerce, EDI/API integration platforms.
• Working knowledge on protection of customer data privacy and experience on ISMS audit response is plus.
• Excellent Korean and good English written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, product managers and development team a must.
• Demonstrated ability to partner and liaison between business users and a technical development team
• Sensitivity to the multi-cultural characteristics of a global IT organization
• Flexible to travel, require attending conference calls to discuss with clients on their requirement during US daytime
