Gain and Grow Market Share
• Lead and oversight the overall direct sales processes such as forecasting, planning, organizing, controlling, and localizing
• Support e-Commerce sales and client experience on the purchase journey including store transfer, warehouse transfer, back order operations and analysis
Efficiency and Productivity
•Analyze business processes and reports and proactively lead business process innovation and enhancements
• Handle the order issues in timely manner, collaborate with other related teams, and follow up until solved to exceed client’s satisfaction.

•Contribute to the performance of the department with scheduling flexibility that meets the needs of the business and by assisting new employees with the attainment of their new job skills.
•Backup manager role for onsite management and internal resource coordination.
경력 및 자격요건
•7+ years client service working experience in retail or call center environment.
• Manages full Direct Sale and E-commerce operations and order activities on the brand channels (Minimum 7 years)
•Generate weekly/monthly reports and performing analysis based on the data extracted on a regular basis and presents them with insights to the Management.
•Ensures operating efficiency of order systems and websites by taking proactive steps to resolve any issues on a timely basis to maximize the sales opportunities and provides the best customer experience.
•Good team player, diligent, and detail oriented
•Ability to work overtime and remain flexible with work schedule
Preferred
•Luxury brand or high-end fashion brand experience.
•Familiarity with internet technology, and MS Office.
•Knowledge of Client Relationship Management, e-mail response.
•Strong understanding of the sales process to support the e-Com / Direct sales team
