Site performance and Optimization
・ Establish/monitor KPIs and influence on-site experience by presenting data driven insights and optimization opportunities to cross-functional teams that will lead to significant revenue growth for the business
・ Guide e-Commerce/Marketing Team to understand on-site marketing campaign performance, allowing key stakeholders to make strategic decisions based on performance
Data Tracking, Measurement & Reporting
・ Monitor and report weekly & monthly (or ad-hoc) website and omnichannel client metrics. Investigate key performance drivers to develop actionable insights and recommendations for cross-functional partners such as retail and digital teams.
・ Track, gather data and analyze ROIs for eCom campaigns, digital marketing, on-sist merchandising, major selling events and client relation activities working with the eCom, CRM and Retail teams to gather all data points.
Client Analysis & Insights
・ Analyze large sets of client data to identify trends & patterns and generate insights to inform growth opportunities across clienteling, marketing, merchandising and client experience.
Database Management
・ Supervise the activities of clients' data collection as closely working with the IT, Omnichannel and Retail teams.
・ Performing continuous data quality and data protection activities on the CRM database
Omnichannel Projects
・ Collaborate with Global Team for the Client Data infrastructure transformation, proposing enhancement projects or providing constructive feedback on analytics needs,
경력 및 자격요건
・ 12-15 years of experience in data analytics or related fields
・ 5+ years' experience in data analysis and/or database management/implementation work.
・ Experience in running integrated analysis including Google Analytics(mandatory) and Salesforce
platform (analytics and admin) or similar tools preferred
・ Experience building dashboards for data storytelling through a visualization tool ( Power BI, Tableau,
Looker, or similar tools). Power BI preferred.
・ Experience with A/B testing and A/B testing tools preferred. (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Dynamic
Yield, AB Tasty).
・ Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery, ability to query large databases and write
SQL queries preferred
・ Experience or exposure with advanced analytics tools (e.g. Dataiku) preferred
・ Bachelor's degree
