  • - Strategic CRM Planning & Execution
    . Initiate the strategic planning and revamping CRM Relation programs considering the customer lifecycle, behavior and journey
    . Plan, develop, manage, deliver communication strategies to our existing and identified members throughout the different channels available, including but not limited to direct email, Kakao and LMS to improve engagement and contribute to our retention targets by driving revenue targets, frequency of purchase, higher NPS and advocacy / referral.
    . Ensure targeted and personalized communications are delivered to the correct target audience, via the right channel to increase relevancy and maximize response rate. Define communication planning and channel strategy based on targets audience and business priorities.

    - Data Management
    . Collaborate with Global Team for the Client Data infrastructure transformation, proposing enhancement projects or providing constructive feedback on analytics needs, providing operational examples and testing opportunities.
    . Ensure enrichment, growth, cleanliness and integrity of CRM database with careful attention on local legislation and privacy policy

    - Client Analysis & Insights
    . Analyze large sets of client data to identify trends & patterns and generate insights to inform growth opportunities across clienteling, marketing, merchandising and client experience.
    Measure results of all CRM initiatives, including customer value growth, retention and loyalty, and drive continuous improvement
    . Partner with relevant stakeholders and identify growth opportunities (cross-sell, up-sell, portfolio gaps etc.).
  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • - University bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field
    - 3~5 years of experience in database marketing and digital analytics (digital marketing and/or technology experiences a plus)
    -Experience working with Global Headquarters a plus
    -Experience working with digital marketing and analytics agencies a plus
    -Proficient English (verbal and written) is a must
    -Knowledge on Salesforce /other email/MMS/Kakao blast software
    -Keen on Excel data analysis/Good at numbers and logic
    -Knowledge on html, SQL is not mandatory – good to have
    -Flexible and responsive attitude.
    -In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
