- Establishing and monitoring processes throughout service planning, management, development and operations to provide a consistent service quality
Job Description
1. Develop an integrated master plan
• Timing plan/roadmap for target product in yearly, quarterly and monthly
2. Change management
• Apply Business Analysis skills and techniques to develop innovative solutions to meet Business Requirements consistent with business architecture and post sign-off
• Manage the components of the requirements change management process and facilitate testing (UAT) and review/sign-off test coverage to ensure delivery to Business Requirements and customer satisfaction
3. Serve as point of contact for services & rules related and other escalated product queries
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Planning and execution customer communication for Business related changes and notices
4. Pursue the resolution of business issues impacting the delivery of the design (to mitigate impact on reputation, experience and /or strategy)
5. Continuously review experience to capture the learning and make recommendations for improvements and innovations in business and project processes.
6. Conducting governance management of target product/platform with various stakeholders and partners.
• Governance monitoring and management
• Alignment with Co's IT and business governance framework
7. Communication of requirements to provide clarity of changes taking place with various stakeholders and partners.
경력 및 자격요건
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as Business Analysis, Project Management, IT service. development and planning.
• High degree of knowledge of MS office.
• Worked within one or more reputable retail financial services multinationals in IT and insurance sectors.
