- Develop, execute and propose Strategic Annual Business Plan for Bags & Belts by cooperation with Sales Team & Marketing Team
- Analysis of Leather Goods Market trend and Monitoring competitors performance
- Manage proper level of inventory in core key products in order to maximize sell-through and minimize inventory investment
- Participates in the consensus meeting to draw a demand forecast by common consent
-Introduces new season collections and informs employees of product strategies and sales points at conventions.
- Develop analysis reports regular basis regarding to sales trends, category analysis, area trends
- Strong involve with sales team for product assortment planning for POS
- Communication contact point with region & global Leather Goods team
- SMU development and management by season if needed

- 3~6 yrs experience in consumer goods.
- Strong at planning and managing resources
- Excellent communication skill in English/Korean
- Excellent MS office skill (Excel, Powerpoint )
- Proactive and open Minded
- Strong negotiation skill
- Strong capability for team management
