- Implement & adapt brand Media & PR strategy in Korea
- Korea Local Media & PR budgets management as setting the media plan
- Work with the brand Media agency: brief, budget set up and follow up, strategy and planning Offline & online, buying negotiations, plan activation, tracking and optimization of campaign performances
- Contents development: co-working with titles to make efficient tie-up including pictorial & Advertorial
- Manage Digital Media development on the country
- Social budgets & actions follow up with dedicated teams
- Develop advertising materials and trace the delivery
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key national press & influencers
- Coordination with HQ to collect and communicate the assets
- Distribution of corporate assets such as press kit and press release
- Organize press & institutional events
- Planning & Pitching Press Release
- Organizing Press trip to WW level for JW launching & HJ Event
- Searching for the opportunity of celebrity dressing & PPL
- Media & PR analysis & reportings including competitives
- Support Brand Ambassador actions
- Select the most right agency specially for the un-occasion action
- Communicate necessary information about Media & PR exposure to the boutiques
- Yearly local communication planning and execution, co-work with APAC and HQ Communication team
II. SOCIAL
- Manage local Social agencies
- Social budget management including paid activation
- Adapt and create local content in collaboration with HQ communication team
- Social Competitive analysis & reportings including GA
III. Event
- Adapt HQ guidelines and build a local Event plan to support and accelerate local business
- Lead this local Event activity, monitor ROI of each actions and share monthly reports with HQ 360 teams : events, pop-up, commercial or visibility actions with business partners, CRM actions
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree holder
• strong communication skills needed in both MEDIA & PR
• Recognized key player within Korea with 10+ years of significant experience working in a multinational group combined with an experience in event communication management/public affairs/trade association, strong social network
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong business acumen
• Result oriented, organized
• Strong digital skills (e-advertising, social)
• Result-oriented working style; making and driving things happen to acquire setting goals
• Sophisticated communication skills to handle different stakeholders to get satisfaction win-win results
• Able to monitor the vendors to follow the process
• Strong project management abilities: managing, communication, timelines, define clear objectives and delivering key insights
• Excellent people and communication skills to effectively deal with personnel at all levels
• Flexibility and be able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty
• Mature and proactive with good communication & interpersonal skills
