Regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis:
• Report daily/weekly/monthly to retail management team on Sales KPIs and send out daily tracker to stores and related teams on target achievement status and Sales as well as Focus KPIs
• Monitor Sales trend and analyze data to provide reports to enhance business understanding and help improve business process to increase work efficiency
• Collect and verify competitor sales data on weekly/monthly basis to provide competitor and peer report to related stakeholders
• Support Bi-weekly report for HQ with store sales KPIs analysis and competitor ratio data
• Provide Ad-hoc Sales KPI reports to CCO & related teams when needed
• Collaborate with Retail Director, Retail Managers and Retail HR Business partner with valuable insights and ad hoc analysis of performance trends (Regional/ Channel/ Store and Staff level)
Incentive Planning:
• Involve in setting Sales/KPI targets for DOS/Outlet/Duty free channel considering latest estimation & trend as well as upcoming events
• Provide incentive target achievement result to HR on monthly basis on all incentive schemes including special events
• Share Monthly Sales/KPI target achievement result to Associate retail directors
• Involve in designing Sales incentive scheme including special incentives and setting sales target based on historical data
Contribute to other Retail activities if needed:
• Support Retail performance manager with Sales planning process : Budget/FC1/FC2
• Supervise Junior members of the team in regular activities
• Support workshops, meetings and off-site events set-up through presentations preparation, logistic and operational tasks
경력 및 자격요건
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in analytical role
• High proficiency in data analysis and data set management; Excellence in Excel data elaboration
• High commitment and motivation, Detail Oriented
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
