Main Responsibilities
• Create regional contents that can distinguish & elevate our brand responding brand aesthetic, marketing brief a
nd can respond regional nuances.
• Drive operation efficiency by setting clearer guide, work scope and process across all regional activations, refle
cting time sensitiveness of delivery deadlines.
Key role and expectation
1) PM
• Define brand/marketing creative strategy, touchpoints, and territories across a robust team.
• Manage the planning and execution of the creative content process across execution channels ensuring touchp
oint consistency and full breath of cross-functional (regional and global) alignment and visibility.
• Manage regional content production from concept to completion, including overseeing creative/content develop
ment, organizing and tracking assets and timelines.
• Provide clear and comprehensive regional creative /marketing direction and feedback to the HFH CMD team.
• Partner with the CMD team to serve as the critical points of contact for the region marketing team, meeting regu
larly to ensure the timely delivery of media, event and PR (content and copy) assets.
• Provide strategic input and executional guidance to the cross-functional team, to ensure all aspects of the
brand marketing plans ladder up to global brand and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with HFH production and post-production teams, ensuring that timelines are met.
• Facilitate dialogue with HFH CMD team to support specific regional needs.
2) AD
• Stay abreast of market trends, cultural insights and content trends.
• Leverage key insights, creativity to inform decisions for strategy development and process planning and adjust
as necessary.
• Forge and maintain relationships with photographers, videographers, agents and other production vendors
(Oversee and execute end-to shoot logistics and pre & post-production on small to large-scale.).
경력 및 자격요건
• A Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, art direction, communication & marketing or a related field.
• 8+ years of agency, magazine, in-house project management, content creative direction experience , preferred
in a luxury fashion environment.
• Previous experience working with both creative and marketing teams.
• Ability to deliver creative ideas and manage several projects simultaneously.
• The ability to lead projects end to end, from the conceptual ideation and creative development, to digital design
and delivery.
• Strong presentation, organisational and communication skills.
• Creative flair, originality and a strong artistic sense.
• High interest and knowledge within a fast-paced creative environment of fashion industry.
• Strong research and connecting skills.
• Awareness of current creative trends and innovations.
• Has a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tool.
• Communicating effectively - verbally and in writing in English and Korea
