-.Control Sales Dept’s daily, weekly, monthly schedules in providing planning support for essential meetings and appointments.
-.Coordinate all activities regularly conducted by Sales Dept. such as sales meeting, corporate activities, and other company activities that may be assigned by Head of Sales.
-.Manage an efficient records system for easy retrieval of files pertaining to correspondence, reports and documents used by Sales Dept.
-.Control / monitor the processes and deadlines of tasks assigned to Head of Sales’s direct report line group.
-. Support to improve the internal communication between Sales Dept. and other functions in overall organization. Deal with business correspondence and information for follow-up to Head of Sales.
-. Interpret to improve the communication between Sales Dept. and Management Group.
Develop the internal & external communication by coordinating to reduce misunderstanding.
-. Assist Head of Sales, SMs and MRs as required with generating promotional material.
-. Assist Head of Sales, SMs and MRs as required in preparing the presentation data, etc.
-. Respond to customer's requirement in good manner.
-. Ensure that Code of Conduct are implemented and maintained including global S&M SOP.
경력 및 자격요건
• over 4 Sales order management experiences or CS roles.
• Communication effectively between Sales Dept. and co-operational function.
• Support and assist as required from sub function in Sales Dept.
