1. Lead and motivate sales team to result oriented through performance management
2. Involve in functional skills development of people through necessary training.
3. Prepare & execute sales plan in line with company business target.
4. Co-ordinate inter-department activities to support area's effort to maximize results.
5. Demonstrate skills & decision in business operation of area with focus on profitable sales & competitive activities
6. Establish direct relationships with key opinion leaders in the territories(as a key accounts managements function including wholesaler)
7. Generate information and provide feedbacks to the Head of Sales on field operations
8. Ensure the company promotion practices are appropriately followed
9. Make sure all records are entered into relevant company's systems in an accurate, complete and timely manner(CRM completion and sales forecast)
10. Implement sales force effectiveness and competitive selling standards
11. Actively coach and partner with direct reports to build and implement their development plans and conduct performance appraisal discussions
12. Assist in identification/development of new product opportunities for hospitals
13. Perform additional tasks/projects as assigned and discussed with direct manager
경력 및 자격요건
1. 10~12years experience in pharmaceutical(especially regarding central nervous system) sales and marketing, preferably in the hospital market
2. Siginificant contact network in hospital market
3. Good knowledge of pharmaceutical market in Korea
4. Fluent in Korean and English preferred
