1) Build on High Jewelry Product Strategy
- Key role to understand High jewerly market landscape and set strategy / goal to achieve High Jewelry product KPI, communicating with Regional team.
- Collaborate with HJ director and manager, CRM and retail team to develop High jewelry and high ticket product strategy and improve cross-functional operation.
- Overlook logistic operation of import/export with other market/HQ and stock transfer among BTQ.
- Regularly monitor of WW high jewelry stock list to proactively discover target product for local market.
2) Drive High Jewelry Product Development
- Develop HJ product related contents/tools with the most efficient way to address to local audience (including translation, proof reading of training materials)
- Provide directions for High Jewelry event materials and sales tools cooperating with related departments including Training team.
3) Reinforce High Jewelry Business Performance
- Collaborate with retail, regional team to enhance High jewelry business performance.
- Share with stakeholders regarding high jewelry commitment status, updating retail team, boutiques and regional team to take follow-up actions accordingly.
- Work closely together with HJ manager, HJ Sales Associates and CRM team to analyze client portfolio, building bespoke action plans set up in regards of product assortment.
4) Market research
Observe High jewelry business landscape up to date and take consideration to set long/short-term High jewelry strategy

- Min 12 years of professional experience in luxury retail industry and product operation.
- Profound knowledge on High jewelry product and business landscape will be a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills with collaborative ability to drive different stake holders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent in managing data and keeping up the record.
- Advanced level of English proficiency (verbal and written)
