1. Store Development & Store Planning
Working in close collaboration with Global Store Development, Regional Store Planning and Strategic Sourcing support regional teams to plan and execute retail projects in the region.
2. Project Planning / Communication /Consultant Development
Coordinates design requirements with internal functions: sales and retail operation, security, information technology, merchandising and visual CVM, marketing, etc. and report back to store planning director to consolidate a design criteria report for the submission to design team in NY.
3. Continual Improvement Initiatives / Reporting
Continually assess the performance of materials, construction assemblies and FF&E.
4. Store & Office Maintenance & Improvement
Follow up store & Office Maintenance & Improvement issues by handling relevant vendors
경력 및 자격요건
• Above University Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Building Technology
• 10~12 years of experience in store planning in the region preferably for a global luxury goods or fashion company
• Strong interpersonal, communication, project management and people management skills
• Multi-lingual and strong verbal and written English communication skills
Preferred
• Working knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering.
• Design and detail oriented. Client focused
• Facilities and Property Management experience
