1) Sell-Out & Sell-in Management
-Monitor sales performance versus the budget/targets and take necessary actions accordingly
-Ensure each BTQ members’ performance in liaise with BTQ managers & Sales Executives
-Develop commercial action plans to grow the business e.g. targeting clientele (tourists), incentive programs, SOB (in-boutique animation), depletion of slow movers etc.
-Monitor and ensure legitimacy of Boutique Action plans profitability and effectiveness
-Monitor DF operators’ business practices including discount and promotions
-Monitor Competitors’ activities (opening/closing, relocation, sales, promotions, issues, etc.) and share with team in a timely manner
2) Boutique Operation Management
-Overlook day-to-day operation of the BTQs and solve unresolved operational issues
-Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
-Uphold excellent standards and consistency of customer service
-Provide necessary resources and support to BTQs
3) Trade Marketing
-Initiate RETAIL OS,BTQ FLOW, and METERIS & TEAM
-Initiate in-BTQ event or VIP event at external venues in liaise with DF PSR/Concierge team
-Coordinate with internal departments for promotional support (Marketing & PR, CRM)
-Overlook periodical promotion planning & marketing strategy
4) Network development
-Prepare required reports to HQ for investment plan & boutique program
-Coordinate between Store Design team and DF Operators on SD project matters
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 8years work experience in Luxury industry
• Strong in both verbal and written communication in English and Korean
• SAP Preferred, Excel and PPT is Must
• Problem solving and process management skills
• Multitasker
