1. E-commerce Business Management (Planning/ Operation/ Analysis/ Report)
• Plan and execute e-commerce strategy for each different channel.
• Implement e-launching campaigns to accountable e-channels considering brand equity and brand strategy under the marketing calendar
• Create and manage an e-commerce activities: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, livestreams, GWP/Sampling etc.
• Efficiently manage internal order – shipping – billing process with internal stakeholders like logistic, finance, IT, Purchasing teams.
• Optimize the user experience to make real connection and increase conversion.
• Drive sales performance by analyzing data and online product placement management
• Create regular performance reports and share globally.
• Need stock management
• Monitor competitor trends & initiate the sales

2. E-commerce Operation Management
• Daily sales & inventory tracking
• Own the day to day back-end management

- Over 5 years of experience in cosmetic e-commerce business field
- Cosmetics industry experience is preferred
- MD communication experience is preferred
- Strategic thinking
- Business level English proficiency
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Open-minded and proactive attitude
