Work closely with Global Sports Marketing, create a cohesive vision for sport that aligns to Brand business and brand needs
Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management
Operate strategically, leveraging Brand athletes and events to drive the overall brand and business in alignment with department, regional and global goals
Develop a multi-year event strategy, identifying white space for consumer activation, syncing investment with return, and optimizing presence and amplification
Actively manage OOO Korea relationships with relevant governing bodies, (Pro) teams and individual contract athletes (for Track & field, marathon, volleyball, tennis, etc)
Continually stay abreast of competitive activity with regard to event strategies and athlete performance, signing, and activation. Analyzes and report against activity regularly to global partners and internal stakeholders
Develop marketing contents ideation/planning/creation using sports marketing assets, key items and connect to other marketing functional teams to raise brand awareness, consideration
Research & plan other sports and product marketing opportunities for category expansion
경력 및 자격요건
Minimum 2 years experiences in Sports Brand Marketing (2 to 5 years of work experience in the related field is an ideal).
2+ years’ experience working with athletes, (pro)teams, agents and governing bodies (e.g. Federations) is a plus
Good at influencing, presentation, communication, negotiation and teamwork
Intermediate level of communication in English (both verbal and written)
Good computer skills: MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Driver’s license (Standard)
Available for domestic and overseas travels
