 Assist manager in daily communication/negotiation regarding stock in/out, pricing, promotion activities and on-going projects with duty free operators and stake holders
 Assist manager to prepare monthly sellout/sellin estimation for each store
 Consolidate and analyze retail reports such as daily/weekly/monthly reports, competitor reports and prepare the documentation requested
 Lead and supervise all retail operations and activities for both boutiques and watch counters to maximize sales and achieve business objectives
 Work closely with key stake holders to bring proper and immediate support to the retail sales team ensuring the store achieve excellence in performance
 Lead to organize events in operations level such as store meetings, different types of training, and in store promotions
 Lead and regularly update partnership / contract status for duty free operators
 Support to manage all operational projects such as store openings, renovations and improvements to maximize business opportunities

 5-7 years of experience in travel retail industry
 Strong understanding of sales in a luxury retail environment
 Must be a good team player, detail oriented, with high standard of service
 Need problem solving ability and strong drive in business changes or economy ambiguities
 Have high standard of compliance and business ethics
 Fluent in both Korean and English
 Excellence in excel, words & presentation
