Manage end-to-end hiring process of Beauty Consultant open positions for all brands from position opening to pre-screening to candidate selection
Partner with Retail Manager to hire BCs in line with internal guideline and CBA
Consistently enhance BC recruitment process and channels to attract external talent, also be responsible for employer branding activities (campus recruiting, branding channel, etc)
Deliver a full range of recruitment services providing a positive and professional experience to candidates
Be responsible for data management for recruitment data, people data, TOR, etc
Derive talent insight through analyzing data (sourcing channel, basic profile, etc), build & maintain qualified talent communities
Consistently innovate hiring process & channels and its efficiencies
Collaborate with HRBP/Retail HR manager to bring new talent strategies and retain program
Support core projects & tasks in HR team
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 6 years of recruiting experiences
- Focused on delivering excellence
- Flexibility, agility and ability to quickly adapt is MUST
- Independent and highly motivated fast learner
- Enjoy teamwork, high level of inter-personal skills
- Good communicator both in Korean and English
- Retail industry experience will be plus
