• Acts as a change agent within the organization.
• Conducts recruitment activities, including sourcing, costing, and onboarding.
• Performs workforce & organizational planning, succession planning, and talent assessments.
• Administers the company's talent management activities including the annual performance management cycle.
• Supports Employee Surveys, including results debrief with staff and action planning activities.
• Where appropriate- interprets, administers, and negotiates any collective bargaining agreement and handles all grievances.
• Maintains positive employee relations; promptly investigates complaints/issues and makes recommendations to Managing Director to resolve them.
• Keeps abreast of all local laws and regulations. Assure compliance with these requirements.
• Assures the accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel records.
• Implements and maintains defined HR metrics.
• Provides expertise and administrative support in all areas of local Compensation and Benefits and assists employees with questions and concerns.
• Analyze, define and lead on training requirements, including mandatory / corporate training requirements.
• Supports International HR Projects as required
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor's Degree; emphasis in Human Resources or Business preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of prior Human Resource Manager / Generalist experience. Employee Relations and Sales experience preferred
• Bilingual abilities required – Fluency in written and spoken English
• HRIS implementation experience is preferred
• Experience working with a global organization is preferred
• Experience working in both direct and matrix organizational environments
• Good knowledge of various Microsoft Office applications.
