- Support to transform Operation to a data-driven organization.
- Develop and deliver strategic initiatives through data analysis.
• Data Driven Operation Enhancement (80%)
• Analyse Operation business & existing customer data to identify business impacting insights and develop into initiatives for delivery
• Be a part of Operation driven AI-focused TDA projects as a data analyst to identify risk/issue based on data and support project manager's decision making.
• Establish effective data analysis environment leveraging OPS data across BUY, SERVICE, CLAIMS
• Collaborate with Group Data Analytics team to implement AI-enabled analytics model into Operation processes to enhance and improve customer experience
• Continuously enhance and monitor Ops Dashboard to correctly reflect key metrics and provide facts to support data driven business decisions

• 2. Group & Other Reporting (20%)
• Support development of OPS Strategy plan for Group submission
• Support the delivery of on-time, on-quality regular reporting to Group such as MOST and various business reviews

Job Requirements
• University graduate or above
• 6+ years of work experience
• 3+ years of SQL, R or Python technical skills
• Data or statistical analysis experience in Finance industry is a plus
• Good communication skill to make collaboration work
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
• Leadership skills for Collaboration with subject related org.
