- Support Communication Director in Designing the strategy and annual plan based on brand guideline, marketing plan, business objectives and brand vision
- Manage Budgets on a monthly basis: track and undertake responsibility of the monthly budget management
- Support Communication Director in dealing with the annual contracts for brand and one-off KOLs at the central and local levels and in managing the operational documentation, making closely communications with central & local legal team and KOL agent
- Take lead in implementing the creation of local and central contents and special projects with brand KOLs and central PR/Digital teams in line with PCD central guidelines and direction
- Elevate Local & brand Initiatives: Develop admired and impactful local/brand initiatives under the brand guideline, and share with PCD Regional/Central offices the status and resultants regularly
- Manage Communication Materials: Manage communication materials of new creatives
- Managing Relations with brand KOLs and influential opinion leaders: Regularly develop and strengthen relationships with brand KOLs & potential opinion leaders/celebrities
- Managing Internal Communication: Leverage Internal communication of sharing the plan and resultants with internal team and PCD Regional/Central Offices
경력 및 자격요건
-At least 7~10 years of entertainment experience
-Strategic planning & execution in analytical and organized approach
-Excellent in communication (both Korean and English)
-Outgoing personality, good interpersonal skill
-Entrepreneurial Spirit, and cooperative attribute for strong teamwork
-Deep understanding of luxury and cosmetic industries
